1. Registration Fees
All registration fees paid for participation in Champion Cricket League are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing by the league management.
Registration fees cover:
- Player registration and administration
- Trials, selection, and match arrangements
- Ground, umpire, and operational expenses
Once the registration process is completed, no refund request will be entertained.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Event Cancellation:
If a tournament or event is canceled by Champion Cricket League due to unavoidable reasons, eligible participants may receive a partial or full refund, at the sole discretion of CCL. - Duplicate or Excess Payment:
If a participant accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the excess amount may be refunded after verification. - Technical Payment Failure:
If a payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Player is unable to attend matches or trials
- Player is disqualified due to misconduct or rule violations
- Player withdraws voluntarily after registration
- Selection or non-selection in the team
- Injury, illness, or personal reasons
- Weather conditions or force-majeure situations
4. Return Policy
Champion Cricket League does not sell physical goods through its website.
Therefore, returns are not applicable.
If merchandise or physical products are introduced in the future, a separate return policy will be provided.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed:
- Through the original payment method
- Within 7–14 working days after approval
- After deducting applicable processing or gateway charges (if any)
Refund decisions made by CCL management will be final and binding.
